WHY A MULTI CAP

The Power of Three. In One Fund.

Large, mid and small caps each take their turn leading the market. A multicap holds all three, so your participation isn't tied to picking the right one at the right time.

COVERAGE

All three segments, one unit

Rather than holding separate large, mid and small cap exposures, this fund carries a single blended allocation across India's listed market.

MANAGEMENT

Allocation is managed for you

Your money is spread across large, mid and small companies, with at least 25% in each. Our fund managers manage the remaining portion to capture the best opportunities.

ENTRY POINT

Day one of the fund

New funds open at a ₹10 NAV. This is the window to enter at the fund's starting unit price, and it closes on 21 September 2026.

QUESTIONS

Before you invest

What is a Multicap Fund?

A Multicap Fund is an equity fund that participates across Large-Cap, Mid-Cap and Small-Cap companies within a single scheme. This gives you exposure to the full breadth of India's listed equity market through one fund.

What is the Bandhan Life Multicap Fund?

The Bandhan Life Multicap Fund is a fund option under Bandhan Life ULIPs that participates across Large, Mid and Small Cap companies in a single fund, benchmarked to the Nifty 500 Index. It is available at an entry NAV of ₹10 during the launch window of 3rd to 17th August 2026.

Which ULIP products offer the Bandhan Life Multicap Fund?

The Bandhan Life Multicap Fund is available as a fund option under Bandhan Life iInvest II (UIN: 138L089V01), Bandhan Life iInvest Ultima Plus (UIN: 138L099V01), Bandhan Life iInvest Advantage (UIN: 138L090V01) and Bandhan Life Secure 'N' Grow.

What is the benchmark for the Bandhan Life Multicap Fund?

The Bandhan Life Multicap Fund is benchmarked against the Nifty 500 Index, which represents the top 500 listed companies in India across Large, Mid and Small Cap segments.

How is a Multicap Fund different from investing only in Large Caps, Mid Caps or Small Caps?

A single-segment fund gives you exposure to only one part of the market. A Multicap Fund brings all three market segments together in one scheme, helping you participate across the full breadth of India's listed equity market through a single fund.

Is the Bandhan Life Multicap Fund a mutual fund?

No. The Bandhan Life Multicap Fund is offered through eligible Bandhan Life ULIP products. It combines market-linked participation with the additional benefits available under a ULIP.

Who can consider a Multicap Fund?

A Multicap Fund is typically suited to someone with a long-term financial horizon of 5 years or more who wants broad market participation. Please consult a Bandhan Life advisor for a personalised assessment.

How can I invest in the Bandhan Life Multicap Fund?

You can participate in the fund through eligible Bandhan Life ULIP products that offer the Bandhan Life Multicap Fund as an available fund option.

Do I need a Demat or trading account?

No. The Bandhan Life Multicap Fund is available through eligible Bandhan Life ULIP products and does not require a separate Demat or trading account.

Can existing Bandhan Life policyholders invest in this fund?

Existing policyholders may be able to invest in the fund through applicable fund allocation, premium redirection or fund switch options, subject to product terms and conditions. These service requests can be managed through Bandhan Life iAssist.

What does entering at an NAV of ₹10 mean?

When a new fund is launched, its units are typically offered at a base Net Asset Value (NAV) of ₹10. This is the starting price at which units are allotted during the launch window (3rd to 17th August 2026). The NAV itself represents the per-unit value of the fund's assets — it is neither an indicator of future returns nor a measure of the fund's quality.

Does a lower NAV mean the fund is cheaper or better?

No. The NAV only reflects the per-unit value of the fund. A lower NAV does not necessarily indicate that a fund is more attractive or has greater growth potential than a fund with a higher NAV.

Are there risks associated with a Multicap Fund?

Yes. The Bandhan Life Multicap Fund is a market-linked fund. The value of units may go up or down based on market performance and factors influencing the capital markets. In this policy, the investment risk in the investment portfolio is borne by the policyholder.

Is there a tax benefit?

Yes. Tax benefits are available under Sections 80C and 10(10D) of the Income Tax Act, subject to applicable conditions and prevailing tax laws. Consult your tax advisor.
