Satishwar is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree from Mumbai University, grounding his innovative strategies in solid academic and professional foundations.

Saibal brings a rich background with over 20 years of experience in capital markets, specializing in both Fixed Income and Equities. His deep understanding of financial instruments and market dynamics has been pivotal in shaping investment strategies that drive sustainable growth. As the former Chief Investment Officer of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company, he played a crucial role in managing a diverse investment portfolio that supported the company's financial goals.

Saibal is a post-graduate in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISW&BM) with majors in Finance, a background that enhances his strategic decision-making capabilities. 

Jitin is a seasoned professional with over 25 years dedicated to legal, secretarial, and compliance functions. He joined Bandhan Life in 2010, where he has been instrumental in upholding the company’s governance standards. Prior to Bandhan Life, he led similar functions at RPG Cables and served as a partner at M/s Parikh Parekh & Associates. In this capacity, he provided legal advice on corporate law to over 100 companies, enriching his expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management.

Jitin is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, holds a law degree from Mumbai University, and is also a Certified Investment Banker, which equips him with a broad perspective on corporate governance.

Sunita serves as the Chief People Officer at Bandhan Life, where she champions the well-being and development of our most valuable asset—our people. With over 25 years of experience spanning the BFSI, IT, and mining industries, her expertise is vast and varied. Prior to her current role, she was the Global Head of HR for Nomura’s Technology Division. At Bandhan Life, she pioneered the "Work From Anywhere" initiative. This program has set industry standards, enabling our teams to stay connected and perform optimally in today’s dynamic and distributed work environment. Sunita holds an M.Phil. and M.A. in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar.

Kamlesh has spent close two decades in the sector. Previously, he was heading the Actuarial Valuation at Aditya Birla Sun Life, and was responsible for Statutory Valuation and Reporting, Shareholder Reporting, Actuarial Modelling, Business Planning, and Reinsurance Administration. 

Kamlesh holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal and Fellowship from Institute of Actuaries of India.

Kiran brings over 20 years of IT and IT management experience, particularly in the insurance industry. Holding an MBA in Information Technology, Kiran has enhanced security protocols and governance standards at Bandhan Life. His leadership was instrumental in previous roles, including as SVP at ENAM Asset Management.

Recognized with multiple industry awards, Kiran's commitment to cybersecurity and governance is integral to our strategic operations.

Sumanta is a seasoned technology architect with two decades of experience in software design and architecture. His technical prowess spans Java, JEE, and cloud-native solutions, underpinned by a Master of Computer Application from NIT Rourkela. Previously, he played a key role at ORGA Systems as part of the team that developed the Unified Digital Suite.

Sumanta's innovative approach to complex problem-solving in telecom, insurance, and finance sectors marks him as a crucial part of our executive team.

Manish has nearly 2 decades of experience in Financial Control, Reporting & Business Planning. Prior to joining Bandhan Life in 2008, he worked with Lovelock & Lewes and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC, London) engaging with multiple insurance and investment management clients.

Manish is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Cost and Works Accountant (CWA) with a certification on Digital Disruption in Insurance from INSEAD, France.

Indranil is an accomplished leader in insurance and banking, with 23 years of specialized expertise in Bancassurance. He significantly enhanced Axis Bank's collaboration with Max Life, turning it into their largest distribution channel. His career also includes key roles at Tata AIG Life Insurance, ABN AMRO Bank, and Citibank.

Indranil's strategic prowess in relationship management, and innovative sales approach is pivotal as we aim to broaden Bandhan Life's horizons.

Maneesh brings with him over 23 years of experience in the life insurance industry, spanning product development, sales strategy, and corporate sales. His expertise in Bancassurance and distribution partnerships has played a key role in scaling businesses, including his pivotal contributions to IndiaFirst Life and HDFC Life, where he successfully led new product initiatives and sales strategies. His deep understanding of product lifecycle management and market-driven innovation will be invaluable as we expand our reach and drive customer-centric solutions.

With 17 years of experience in life insurance and capital markets, Mayank has an impressive track record of launching successful business channels. Before joining Bandhan Life, he served in significant roles at Ageas Federal Life, Aviva Life, and Motilal Oswal Financial Services.

His strategic insights into partner retention and regulatory compliance are crucial for driving our growth and enhancing customer satisfaction in the Group Business and Corporate Agency and Broking segments.
